PROPERTY JUNCTION'S HOME BUYERS' GUIDE TO ARGYLLSHIRE PROPERTIES

Map of Argyllshire - Argyllshire Properties

Taking in many of the larger inhabited Scottish islands, Argyllshire (now administered as Argyll & Bute) sits immediately south of the Highlands and is the second biggest Scottish county by area. More rural than most, the county is difficult to travel, with frequent ferry services necessary to go between the various islands and often long road and rail trips to traverse inlets. That said, the Argyll area is without doubt one of Scotland's most beautiful, home to some of the world's most spectacular natural beauty – the perfect place to take that next step on the property ladder.
